Dhumal slams Congress over KGB payoffs

Former Chief Minister and senior BJP leader, Mr Prem Kumar Dhumal, here said that the contents in the files of a former KGB official about alleged pay-offs to ministers had exposed the Congress Government, during Ms Indira Gandhi’s tenure.
